3-1-5 Health Club is a premiere gym and health club in Lancaster, UK. With ever-expanding, world-class facilities and trainers, they run over 100 classes per week and have worked with us on a regular basis to increase their membership subscriptions and raise awareness of the extent of their offering.
The club wanted to increase class sign-ups and awareness of their lesser-known activities, whilst also highlighting how the leisure club fits in to busy modern lifestyles, helping parents and children learn new skills, socialise, workout, and relax.

The club wanted to increase class sign-ups and awareness of their lesser-known activities, whilst also highlighting how the leisure club fits in to busy modern lifestyles, helping parents and children learn new skills, socialise, workout, and relax.

During pre-production there were discussions about the various classes on offer. With 3-1-5's extensive portfolio, we wanted to make sure we were highlighting the classes that needed that extra boost of awareness as well as showing how their facilities were designed to work for everyone, despite their age and ability.
3-1-5 told us how membership demographics had shifted since Covid and how they were keen to bring more females back into the club. With this in mind, we knew when planning the shot list that we wanted to give plenty of camera time to the female members, both children and adults. The idea was to show how 3-1-5 is a welcoming club and to move away from any intimidating and negative connotations that male heavy gyms typically have.
It was important to show not only the high-intensity and active classes on offer, but also the sauna and steam room which support a well-rounded leisure club experience.

WHO ARE THEY?

With ever-expanding, world-class facilities and trainers, they run over 100 classes per week and have worked with us on a regular basis to increase their membership subscriptions and raise awareness of the extent of their offering.
Since we began working with the 3-1-5, their membership numbers are at an all-time high and they are the busiest they've ever been!
WHAT DID WE DO?
For this promotional video, we put the focus on how 3-1-5 Health Club caters to the whole family. The goal was to increase class sign-ups and awareness of their lesser-known activities, whilst also highlighting how the leisure club fits in to busy modern lifestyles, helping parents and children learn new skills, socialise, workout, and relax.
We filmed a small group of 3-1-5 members making the most of the facilities on offer and having a great time doing so. Capturing the footage we needed in just one day, we worked closely with the team at the club to select the gym members featured, for an authentic video that would make viewers feel the passion translated through the camera.
WHAT WE CREATED
We created a high-energy promotional video, ideal for digital distribution and delivered social media friendly cut-ups for easy sharing and maximum engagement. Using juxtaposition throughout this piece, we showed how both parents and children can enjoy their time at the club, showcasing the family-friendly timetable and variety of activities on offer.
