Fraser House is a cutting edge working space for the dynamic, vibrant and ever growing tech and digital economy of Lancaster and Lancashire. Including clever spatial design, cutting edge technology and full fibre broadband, it provides a centric base for SMEs and ambitious entrepreneurs to grow and thrive in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive community.
Fraser House approached us to create a launch video that would showcase the space and its facilities, generate awareness in the local area and drive new customers, businesses and SMEs to the space. The video would sit on social media.

WHO ARE THEY?
Lancaster saw the start of a new co-woking space in the first quarter of 2021 when Fraser House burst into the scene. They're a cutting edge working space for the dynamic, vibrant and ever growing tech and digital economy.
WHAT DID WE DO?
We didn't just want to show off the beautiful architectural designs of the working spaces, we also wanted to tell a story of their brilliant innovative history and explain how Fraser House would be a creative hub that would heavily contribute to the future of Lancaster and Lancashire.
WHAT WE CREATED
We delivered one feature video, social cut ups and photography; all of which resulted in the space being quickly filled with great minds and large companies.
