BRIEF
Harbour is a start-up fin-tech company, on a mission to create the world's most transparent banking experience, uniting the crypto and De-Fi worlds. Backed by crypto giants such as Delphi Labs, Polygon, Haatch, and more, they sought our expertise to produce a brand film for the launch that would clearly convey their message and vision.
What is their message? That they are here to change the finance world as we know it, by putting the power back into the hands of consumers and breaking the cycle of distrust in traditional banking.
Currently in it's first phase of development, Harbour's target audience for this video is crypto natives, those well versed in the world of blockchain technology. The video was to be shared on their social media channels as part of their brand launch campaign.

We began work on the project early in Harbour's development, working closely with their team to solidify who the brand was and what they wanted to convey through this video. During our pre-production meetings, we got to know the brand incredibly well, learning about their target market, launch strategy, and what the bigger picture and end goal was for the company.
Using our team's creative experience, we developed a narrative that takes the audience on a journey through time. The storyline we created highlights Harbour's focus on transparency and openness and plays on the events in history that led to the creation of the brand. When producing this video, it was important to focus on the feelings viewers may currently have towards the finance industry, reassuring them and forming a connection early on that would make them more responsive to future marketing efforts.

Assembling 'A Better Future' involved sourcing high-quality imagery that would elicit an emotional response from viewers. The shots chosen were carefully selected to show that there is a need for Harbour's services, that there is a gap in the market that is not being met, highlighting the consequences of this for consumers.
Playing on the current mistrust in the industry allowed us to use juxtaposition to contrast the current state of the finance industry with the positive change that Harbour has aimed to carry out.
The video was edited with the creation of custom motion graphics and animations to bring the video's message to life.
