BRIEF
Kendal Calling is a music & arts festival, held annually at Lowther Deer Park in the Lake District, Cumbria in the North West of England. It has grown from a two-day, 900 capacity event in 2006 to a 25,000 capacity 4-day music festival.
For the 2018 instalment of the festival, the theme was 'Into the Future', with sections of the event decorated to depict a dystopian future in which all non-conformist, unsponsored music, art and creativity had been outlawed. Kendal Calling approached us to create a cinematic aftermovie that would show the full breadth of the festival, and would give festival attendees something to look back on.
